Payments are due the 7th, 15th, 22nd, and last day of the month. If a motor fuel distributor’s average monthly liability is $20,000 or more, quarter-monthly payments must be made. NOTE: Electronic funds transfer program participants do not complete or mail Form RR-3. Taxpayers who mail their quarter-monthly remittances to the department must complete Form RR-3, Sales and Use Tax Quarter-monthly Payment.
